Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Once the order has been shipped, please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery, depending on the destination. Shipping is via Canada Post. Orders placed one week before the tournament may not be processed until one week after the event.
We accept a maximum of 25 identical items per basket.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with all the products you purchase from our online store. In this case, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is not worn or used.
It is kept in its original packaging.
The transaction receipt or order number is included.
Please note:
NO returns will be accepted on Black Friday or during the week following the event (end of November).
Our return policy also applies to purchases of clearance items.

2-RETURN THE ITEM BY MAIL
Call or email us to request a return number. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund*. Funds should appear on your statement within 3 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (refund), you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You will find our contact details below.
If you terminate this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We will make this refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of this refund.
You must return the goods or hand them over to us or to a person authorized by us to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
We may suspend the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please note that there are certain legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and therefore some items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies to your particular case.
